Returns
Our policy lasts 12 days. Products kept by the buyer for 12 days or more are not eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same mint condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. Products that have been opened, physically damaged, or used will not be refunded.
To complete your return, you must contact our company with your complaint, personal details, and a receipt or proof of purchase. Our friendly and supportive team will guide you through the steps to process your refund.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed to do so.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item. You will also be notified whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days (this may vary depending on your bank).
For payments made via credit or debit card, please allow up to one week for the amount to appear in your bank account. We apologize if this seems lengthy, but the processing time is determined by your bank or card issuer, and we have no control over it.
